The way we built our network means that if you find yourself without internet or with slow internet it doesn’t mean the entire neighbourhood is experiencing what you’re experiencing and everyone has their own individual link. If our main link is down we usually post on social media or send out formal mailers.

The first steps to this would be to reboot your router and the little white or black PoE by pulling out the power cable and waiting 10 seconds then plugging back in again also making sure all the lights are still flickering.

The second protocol would be to contact the Wiber support line or email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible we are all usually around so you will never wait long before we attend to and fix any issues.
